  • Smoked Bacon: Naturally smoked streaky bacon.

  • Organic Eggs: Free-range , either poached or fried egg with a hint of turmeric

  • Heirloom Tomatoes: Fresh, vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes, grilled.

  • Wild Mushrooms:  high-quality cultivated mushrooms, sautéed in olive oil and herbs.

  • Homemade Baked Beans: Beans slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce with a hint of molasses or brown sugar.

  • Sourdough Bread: Freshly baked sourdough or artisan bread, toasted or fried.

  • Heritage Potatoes: Cooked as hash browns or in a bubble and squeak patty, using heritage potato varieties.

  • Fresh Herbs: Such as parsley, chives, or thyme, to garnish

  • French fry: Potato French fry.
